Long-term experience. The managing partner of the firm has been practising law since 1997. In addition, his teaching aspect has pushed him since the beginning to be a conscientious student of the law.

Since before finishing his university studies, Rafael Acaiñas León has been interested in the international world of law, having obtained the title of Specialist in European Community Law and participated in numerous activities and lectures on European Union law and its application in Spain.
In the firm we practice law honesty and solvency, as a result of the practical and theoretical knowledge acquired over time.

Rafael Acaíñas León
As managing partner of the firm, has extensive experience in civil and procedural law, and his clientele, throughout his extensive professional experience, has been and is both national and international.
He is a graduate in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and in 1998 obtained the title of specialist in European Community Law.
He holds the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude and has participated as a teacher and speaker in professional and university forums.
He is also the author of several publications in specialised journals and has participated in radio and television programmes.
He has been a member of the Malaga Bar Association since 1997. He has held various executive positions within the Spanish legal profession (among which he has been President of the Young Lawyers Group of the Malaga Bar Association, President of the Andalusian Association of Young Lawyers and Member of the Spanish Association of Young Lawyers).
